It all started with something sweet
So Sweet, So Good, Sure to Bring Smiles
While we’re blessed to be where we are today, we come from humble beginnings. We drew inspiration during the Pandemic with the idea of showing a representation to Mexican culture and started our operations at home selling through social media and to co-workers. Eventually, we grew the necessity into opening our storefront in the Downtown Albany area.

Opened in March of 2024, Daisies Pasteles is now operating in the Downtown Albany area. With a sense of community being our most prized value, Daisies Pasteles cherishes not only being able to represent the Mexican culture in the Capital Region, but also being welcomed into the community with open arms.
